They can't be expected to provide telephone support (that means hiring an entire staff of Technicians on call with salaries / insurance / offices / phones / computers) for a $40 program [can't do it at $40- price point is too low and they make like 9 dollars profit on each copy sold). If you don't understand something u CAN email them. This is a $40 program people, and there is nothing else that does what it does for THAT price. If you don't understand it, read the help files, go online to the Cakewalk forum, peeps there are GREAT and more than willing to help. However, you ARE expected to have a basic knowledge of digital audio.
